What is Chakra Balancing?

Chakras refer to the energy centers in your body. These energy centers correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. There are seven main chakras, and they start at the root, or base, of your spine and extend up to the top of your head. Chakra balancing, also known as energy center balancing, has been shown to promote health by enhancing the flow of energy in the body.
